Forwarded Joke: Funny Stuff Jokes Video & Pictures

Back when I lived in Miami, there was a guy named Dave Barry who wrote for the main paper, the Miami Herald. He was a humorist who covered heart-wrenching, life-changing, most likely heavily beer-induced stories involving, among other things, spontaneously exploding mammals. I say “was a humorist” because he recently retired his weekly column, having run out of explosive mammal material. And so, as we shed an explosive tear for the glorious past, we remember the early years, particularly when Dave covered—quite possibly the story of his life, and all our lives for that matter—the exploding whale. Granted, he covered it about 20 years after it actually happened, but Dave was never a stickler for journalistic pomposity like deadlines. Who knows, maybe this is how God extricated Jonah all those years ago…
